IamDeboFitness started from a childhood nickname and Deebo was the neighborhood bully in a movie.My friends started calling me Debo because I got to a fight in the neighborhood so,now I'm known as Debo which I wouldn't have never thought Debo would empower me to be strong,disciplined, and want to people later in life .Being Debo help me lose a 150 pounds and get my life together.How did a name like Debo change your life you may ask.D.E.B.O. D is for dedication E is for elevation B is for belief O is for optimistic so , I wake up every morning saying I am D.E.B.O. In the mirror to make sure I stay on track.
